Scott Taylor is the senior partner in the local accounting firm Field & Company, where he has been in practice for 30 years. He is active in the local soccer community. He has been involved with the Garth Homer Society since 1991.

Steve grew up in Victoria, graduated from the University of Victoria and completed graduate studies in England. He currently works as a history lecturer at Camosun College, Malaspina University College and the University of Victoria.
